Take the first step toward processing what you inherited and choosing what you actually want
From the patterns you inherited to the freedom you choose
FROM:
“I can’t rest without guilt. If I’m not producing, I’m failing.”
“I take rest like it’s medicine. My family benefits when I’m present, not exhausted.”
FROM:
“I don’t know why I’m so angry/sad all the time. It feels random.”
“I understand what I inherited and what I choose to release. My triggers make sense now.”
FROM:
“I’ve tried therapy, but I don’t see the actual point.”
“I have a map, tools, and people who actually understand my experience.”
FROM:
“My relationships suffer because I can’t regulate my emotions.”
“I know my triggers and how to regulate in a way that honors my whole self.”
Identify the childhood patterns, family messages, and cultural rules that are still running your life. Name what happened. Understand why you respond the way you do.
Learn evidence-based techniques (somatic work, DBT) paired with cultural understanding so the tools actually stick. Not just clinical—culturally rooted healing.
Rest isn’t laziness. Learn to regulate your nervous system, set boundaries, and reclaim space for yourself. Practice it in real time with therapists who understand the guilt.
You’ll process alongside other BIPOC professionals who inherited the same patterns. Witnessing others’ healing accelerates your own. You’re not carrying this alone anymore.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Trauma-Informed Therapist | Generational Healing Specialist
Camille specializes in helping BIPOC professionals process childhood wounds shaped by family systems, cultural context, and survival patterns that no longer serve you. With 10+ years of clinical experience, she creates space for the whole truth: the clinical work and the cultural complexity.
She understands what it means to navigate multiple worlds, to inherit pressure from your family and community, and to carry expectations that weren’t yours to carry.

Real answers to the concerns we hear most
Yes, absolutely. Group therapy has confidentiality agreements just like 1:1 therapy. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. You’ll sign a confidentiality agreement before week 1. Your story stays safe in this room.
No and we don’t claim that. What happens in 6 weeks: You gain language for what you inherited. You understand your triggers. You learn tools you’ll use for the rest of your life. This is the beginning of healing, not the whole story.
You set your own pace. Some people listen and observe in weeks 1-2, then share in weeks 3-6. All ways of showing up are honored. Your job is to show up and be present. Camille’s job is to create safety so you can go as deep as you’re ready.
Cost is lower ($82/week vs. $150-200/session for 1:1). But more importantly: group offers something individual therapy doesn’t. You’ll witness others healing the same patterns. There’s profound healing in being witnessed and witnessing others.
We select participants thoughtfully to create a cohort that feels safe and boundaried. If you have specific safety concerns, mention them in your application. Camille will talk through whether this format is right for you.
$497
for the complete 6-week group program · $82.83/week of professional mental health support + community
All payments processed securely. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you have financial constraints, email us — we believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to healing.
