Your first conversation is a free 15-minute call with Kiara, our founder. It’s not a clinical intake — it’s a real conversation about what’s brought you here. From there, Kiara will match you with the right therapist on our team.

Individual sessions are 45–50 minutes. Couples sessions run 60–75 minutes. Clients typically meet weekly initially, with frequency adjusting as the work progresses.

We primarily work with young adults and adults aged 19–55. Our team also includes specialists in teen and child therapy for appropriate referrals.

Yes, research consistently shows telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person for most concerns, including trauma work. Sessions take place over secure video, anywhere in New York State.
