1. What is group therapy?
Group therapy is a form of therapy where a small group of individuals, guided by a licensed therapist, come together to discuss shared challenges and goals. It’s a supportive, confidential space to learn from others’ experiences while working on your own personal growth.
2. How do I know if group therapy is right for me?
You want to connect with others who understand your experiences.
You’re looking for a cost-effective alternative to individual therapy.
You’re open to sharing and learning in a supportive group setting.
If you’re unsure, contact us for a consultation, and we’ll help guide you.
3. What is the group size?
Our groups are intentionally kept small, with 5–10 participants, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to share and receive support.
4. Are the sessions confidential?
Yes! Confidentiality is a top priority in our group therapy sessions. All participants are required to agree to a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of the program to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
