She earned her Master's in Social Welfare with a clinical tract at SUNY Albany, where she honed in on her one-to-one and group therapy skills. Tiphany is a multidimensional professional with a driven interest in personal growth and healing. She is passionate about inspiring people of all ages to walk in their truth and live the life they truly desire. Utilizing a holistic and strengths based approach, she guides individuals toward acknowledging their life experiences while healing their own needs with intention. During her time as a Founding School Social Worker, Tiphany was able to work with students, faculty and families to encourage a better quality of life through making healthy choices.Tiphany also recognizes the significant link between nutrition and quality of life and she aspires to play a role in encouraging others to honor the connection.

More than just my work:
I am a self-taught digital artist. I use art to heal my soul. Self expression is important to me and words don’t always fully capture the feeling. I feel most at peace when I am surrounded by nature simply listening to the sounds around me. I am at my best when I am eating nutritious foods, moving my body and spending time with my loved ones.
