Do you find yourself constantly striving, yet still feeling like it’s never enough?
If you are navigating perfectionism, burnout, or imposter syndrome, you are not alone! Healing
begins with self-compassion.
I’m a Compassion-Focused Therapist dedicated to helping high achieving individuals who are
often their own worst critics. Many of my clients feel exhausted from people pleasing, second
guessing themselves, and running on empty despite appearing “put together” on the outside.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I integrate somatic practices, psychoeducation,
and evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy to help clients not
just understand their patterns, but begin to shift them. I also support individuals healing from
eating disorders, trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and narcissistic abuse. My
background in health education and nutrition uniquely informs my work with clients seeking a
healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
Accountability is central to the change process. I offer practical tools such as customized
worksheets, journaling prompts, and mindfulness based exercises to help bridge the gap
between insight and lasting transformation.
Whether you are seeking a supportive space to be heard or are ready for a more structured,
hands-on approach, I’m here to meet you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and
compassion!
